As Director of Supply Chain Development I led “Central DC” Project Program. The program included the following projects:
- Logistics model design
- Automated DC layout and workflow design
- Site construction
- IT layer development for robotic equipment and DC automation
- DC launch and shipments migration
The DC was successfully launched and ensures seamless 24/7 operations with a turnover capacity exceeding 40,000 tons per month.
